• Account data: username, email (optional), age, gender, preferences.
• Profile data: photos, bio, interests, city/country and approximate location.
• Usage data: app interactions, device identifiers, crash and performance logs.
• Payments: subscription metadata via payment processor (no card data stored by ally).

2. How We Use Data

• Provide and personalize discovery and matching.
• Maintain safety: detect spam/abuse, verify photos, enforce policies.
• Analytics to improve reliability and features.
• Communications about account, security, and subscription.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share minimal data with processors (hosting, analytics, payments) under DPAs and only as necessary to operate the Service. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect users and ally.

4. Security

We apply industry-standard security controls and least-privilege access. No method is 100% secure. Report issues to security@allys.in.

5. Your Choices & Rights

• Access/update your information in settings.
• Download/export data (upon request).
• Delete account from settings (irreversible).
• Opt-out of certain analytics where available.

6. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal data, you can reach our Grievance Officer at grievance@allys.in. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by law. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

8. Children

Users under 18 are not permitted. We remove accounts that violate this policy.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our providers operate with appropriate safeguards.
